To immigrate through the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP), candidates must first create a profile in PEI’s Expression of Interest (EOI) system. Once in the pool of candidates, they are ranked and assigned a score based on factors such as age, language proficiency, education, work experience, and more.
Subsequently, in an invitation round, PEI selects candidates that meet the minimum score requirement and invites them to apply for permanent residency. Apart from the date of the draw and category, the PEI PNP does not publish the minimum score and selection attributes beforehand. It usually depends on the application inventory and labour market needs.
