Quebec’s Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration (MIFI) has conducted a new draw for candidates waiting for an invitation in the pool. The date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank was April 8, 2024, at 6:26 a.m.
The latest Quebec draw, held on April 11, 2024, saw invitations being issued to 1,030 candidates under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP).

Category 1:
- They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français.
- They had a score equal to or greater than 536 points.
Not all occupations were invited. Candidates with work experience in one of the 21 in-demand trade occupations, including Land surveyors, Carpenters, and Crane operators, were invited.
Category 2:
- They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français.
- They had a score equal to or greater than 606 points
Not all occupations were invited. Candidates with work experience in one of the 26 in-demand skilled occupations, including Civil engineers, Database Analysts, and Registered Nurses, were invited.
